When you apply to join the Meaning Room™ Community, we collect the information you choose to share:

  • Optionally, your company or organization
  • Optionally, your role or profession
  • Optionally, a note about what interests you

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for anything beyond what is needed to consider your application and stay in touch.

Why we collect it

We use your information solely to review your application, to respond to you, and — if there is a fit — to invite you to participate in the community. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention

We keep application information only for as long as it remains relevant to the community. You may ask us to remove it at any time, using the form below.

Your rights

You are always in control of your information. You can:

  • Ask what information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct it
  • Delete it yourself, at any time, using the form below

Delete my information

Enter the email address you used to apply, and we will remove any information associated with it from our records. This happens immediately and cannot be undone.

We will remove any community application associated with this address.
